Warranty Policy

Vossholm (operated by Haneda LLC) stands behind the quality of our table lamps. Every lamp is covered by a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, including:

• Faults in the electrical components (wiring, switch, socket) that are present on arrival or fail under normal use;
• Defects in the build or finish (for example, a base or shade that arrives cracked, or a finish that is defective from manufacture).

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental damage, drops, misuse, or improper installation;
• Use with the wrong voltage, an incompatible plug adapter, or a bulb that exceeds the lamp's maximum rated wattage;
• Normal wear and tear, or changes in appearance over time;
• Light bulbs, which are consumable items;
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Important: Voltage & Bulbs

Because we ship internationally, please make sure your lamp is suitable for your local mains voltage and that you use the correct plug type and a compatible bulb within the stated wattage. If you are unsure, contact us before use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email info@vossholm.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once approved, we will provide a free replacement or the necessary replacement part. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund. We may ask you to return the faulty item; if so, we will cover the return cost.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee and does not limit your legal rights. In the EU/EEA you have a minimum legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years; in the UK, goods must be of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and consumers in Australia and New Zealand have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
