This Right of Withdrawal applies to consumers resident in the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU/EEA), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. It applies in addition to our Refund & Return Policy and does not affect your statutory guarantee rights. The seller is Haneda LLC, trading as Vossholm.

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can:

• Email us at info@vossholm.com, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw; or
• Use the model withdrawal form below (this is optional).

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication about exercising the right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please contact info@vossholm.com first, and we will provide the return address (our returns warehouse is located in the Netherlands). You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in other words, you may inspect the lamp as you would in a shop, but not use or install it beyond that.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, a lamp custom-made or engraved to order).
